Blockchain Developer

Position : Blockchain Developer

Location : Madurai

Experience : 3 Years Above

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Solidity, Rust, or Go
• Experience deploying applications on Ethereum or other major blockchain networks
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and distributed systems

Core Knowledge :
• Consensus mechanisms
• Tokens, wallets & gas optimization
• Layer 2 and cross-chain systems
• API integrations
• Distributed system debugging

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect blockchain-based applications (Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, Hyperledger, Solana, Layer 2 solutions)

• Review smart contracts and backend architecture for performance, security, and scalability

• Define technical strategy for Web3 platforms

• Establish coding standards and mentor the engineering team

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Plan development sprints and ensure timely project delivery

• Identify technical bottlenecks and drive smooth execution

• Improve CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks

• Implement structured code reviews and quality assurance practices

• Stay updated with emerging Web3 technologies and industry trends
